At Adobe MAX 2024, Adobe unveiled an ambitious global initiative aiming to equip 30 million learners with AI literacy, content creation, and digital marketing skills by 2030. With a commitment exceeding $100 million this year, Adobe seeks to democratize access to cutting-edge tools and training, ensuring a future-ready workforce.

Revolutionizing Education Through Innovation

Through partnerships with Coursera, NGOs, schools, and universities, Adobe Digital Academy expands its reach to deliver certifications and skill-building opportunities. By providing resources like Adobe Express, the initiative empowers learners to create high-quality, AI-driven content effortlessly while fostering responsible AI use.

Aspiring professionals can now access professional certificates in content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing. These offerings not only provide practical expertise but also prepare individuals to excel in the fast-evolving creator economy.

Adobe’s initiative also emphasizes inclusivity. Scholarships, NGO grants, and free bootcamps with partners like General Assembly ensure learners from diverse backgrounds have access to these transformative resources. In collaboration with organizations like DECA and Girl Scouts of Western Washington, the program integrates workplace skills into extracurricular activities, bridging the gap between education and employment.

“Adobe’s mission is to empower everyone to tell their story,” said Stacy Martinet, Adobe’s VP of marketing strategy. This initiative embodies that ethos, opening doors for millions to succeed in an AI-powered world.

By combining technology, creativity, and education, Adobe is paving the way for a workforce that’s not only skilled but also inspired to lead in the digital age.
