BEND, Ore. — Following a rise in median home prices throughout Central Oregon in January, there was a decline in prices across the region in February.
According to a report from Beacon Appraisal Group, the median price for a single-family home in Bend stood at $700,000 in February. This marks a return to the levels seen in November and December, dropping from the $735,000 recorded in January. Nevertheless, it’s still $18,000 higher than the median of February 2024.

Out of the 94 homes that changed hands, 17 sold for $1 million or more.
In Redmond, the median price in February was $530,000. While this is a decrease from $562,000 in January, it remains above the median prices of $498,000 in December and $511,000 in February 2024.
A total of 45 homes were sold, with only one exceeding $850,000.

- Sunriver: $841,000 ($928,000); 8 sold
- La Pine: $381,000 ($403,000); 11 sold
- Jefferson County: $329,000 ($389,000); 17 sold
- Crook County: $385,000 ($406,000); 26 sold
