John Barrowman was dropped from the jury panel of the ITV show Dancing on Ice after being accused of impropriety. The 54 years old British American Actor shared a video message in the latest turn of events on his official Instagram handle addressing and thanking his fans for their continuous love and support.
The actor is also seen apologizing for his misconduct on the stage set in his wholehearted message. In the latest video message, John offers clarification on his own behavior by calling it high-spirited and tomfoolery.
Addressing his fans from his home in Palm Springs, USA John further states that he is overwhelmed with the kind words of his fans and appreciative gestures through their countless messages that he has received. He further acknowledges his fans from the UK and wishes them a joyful bank holiday and the fans from the US a happy memorial weekend.
John Barrowman Is Not A Happy Man
The apology comes after it is being reported that the makers are keen on acting decidedly when celebrities and jury members are subjected to such accusations. There have been several discussions doing the rounds regarding the future of Barrowman in the show since the news of his inappropriate behavior broke out in the media.
The makers of the Doctor Who on BBC and the spin-off Torchwood confirmed further that John Barrowman won’t be seen as a part of the jury in the near future. Barrowman joined the panel as a co-judge in the year 2020.
It is quite evident that the channel is insistent on protecting its family-friendly image. It was also clarified by the makers that the discussions regarding the next series of the show Dancing on Ice in the year 2022 are at a very premature and early stage currently.
