Stimulus Check has proven to be a great supporting system for Americans. The money was sanctioned for the citizens to cover up for the losses. The pandemic took the whole world by shock. The deadly virus put the world at a standstill. Everything was shut down and America was no different.

Thousands of people die every day and the country was plunged into a sea of darkness. The economy also took a massive hit because of the shutdown. All the economic activities were forced to be postponed. This resulted in many people losing their job. The ones working from home did not get paid sufficiently.

The money from the government boosted morale and provided financial support. Some of the states in America are planning to provide some extra cash to citizens. The IRS sent out the third set of checks recently. The $1400 checks seemed to be the last of the lot. This made the American citizens very much concerned.

They demanded vehemently further financing from the government. The federal government, however, does not seem interested in the plan. They have stated several valid reasons against the provision of more funds. A new stimulus check appeal has been made by the TSCL. Let us learn about the same in detail below.

Stimulus Check: TSCL Head Asks For $1400

The Senior Citizens League(TSCL) consists of a group of advocates. They look after the welfare of the elderly citizens. Rick Delaney, the head of the group, has come up with a proposal. He has asked the government to provide a stimulus check worth $1400. The money would be a one-time payment to the elderly.

The $1400 stimulus check is aimed at providing financial relief to the seniors. They have suffered a lot during the pandemic. Most of the elders have exhausted their savings. With inflation on the rise, the claims for the check seem to be legit.
