LaKeith Steinfield declares that he condemns hate and doesn’t identify as an anti-Semite. However, he cleared that he doesn’t condone the beliefs that were discussed among the members of the chatroom. LaKeith Stanfield apologized after controversial talks inside the Clubhouse chatroom got revealed. He stated that he is not in favor of hate speech.

After that incident, the actor who was also an Oscar nominee talked to PEOPLE, and also explained on Instagram, what exactly took place inside the chatroom. He stated that yesterday, he entered this online chat on Clubhouse to gain insight on the teachings and learnings of L. Farrakhan. He said that when the members present inside the room came to notice him and found out that he was LaKeith Stanfield, he was made the moderator of the chatroom.

He identifies himself as an anti-Semite and alleges frequently that Jews seem to be manipulating the government of the US. He also accuses them routinely of controlling all the levers influencing world power. The star of The Judas and Black Messiah added that he condemns discriminatory views and hate speeches. He apologizes unconditionally by creating this platform, which harbored hate speeches, using his presence.
