Recently YouTube has agreed to handle the problems of Ripple. This might make it more difficult for XRP to conduct their scam giveaway offers.

Ripple has eventually managed to settle their legal dispute that has been going on for a long span of time with YouTube. On the other hand, this news of settlement has not created the sort of response that was expected by many of their investors.

XRP Fails To Acquire Any Attention

Brad Garlinghouse is the CEO of Ripple Labs. On the 9th of March, Garlinghouse had made a public announcement that their company has finally managed to reach a conclusion with regards to the legal matter of fraudulent activity against YouTube.

Back in the previous year, Garlinghouse had filed the lawsuit where the company had accused YouTube of enabling scammers to organize giveaway scams using XRP. In addition, he also informed that this new agreement will now allow both YouTube and Ripple to work amicably together. He is hopeful that this will prevent, detect as well as remove the giveaway XRP scams.

He has said that the particular details of the settlement terms are not to be made public knowledge. However, it is quite apparent that action and accountability translate into trust in the industry. Also, trust and teamwork are especially required in the crypto sector now. There has been a growing popularity for the sector. It has invited further attention from governments and large corporations towards the market.

Since 23rd February, the 12-hour chart of XRP reveals that the 50 12-hourly rolling average is acting as a stubborn resistance. In the meantime, the 200 12-hour rolling average has proven to be a strong supporter and stopped the sharp correction for this cryptocurrency.

A surge in the purchase pressure might result in the resistance level of $0.495 being broken through. From there they might touch $0.653 as the next significant interest area.
