Stimulus Checks were designed by the administration of Joe Biden. The stimulus check came in three installments.

The last of the installments were being rolled out recently by the IRS. The $1400 check seems to be the last check planned by the federal government.

However, some states have decided to provide a selected section of workers with money.

The check is designed as a token of thanks to the people who risked their lives and worked amidst the pandemic.

Georgia has announced a $1000 stimulus check for all their education workers. California and Florida have also confirmed the $1000 check for their teachers.

A large number of citizens were assigned to on-site work. However, the inflicted lockdown meant they could attend work any further. This created a large number of unemployed. The percentage of unemployed Americans shot up amidst the shutdown.

The people desperately want the government to help them financially. Americans stated that most of them were having a hard time meeting their expenses. However, IRS has stated that a lot of unpaid stimulus checks are still due.

Thus, citizens must hurry up and claim their checks soon. Let us learn more about the story in detail below.

Stimulus Check Money Has Piled Up

A stimulus Check for the third installment has been dispatched a long time back. Citizens who did not receive the full amount initially were provided with a plus-up payment this year.

Despite all the checks being dispatched, there are still millions of checks that have piled up. Recent news announced by the IRS stated that millions of American citizens are qualified for the third check.

With the tax deadline approaching soon, the IRS has asked the eligible citizens to hurry up. The last date for filing the tax returns is 18th April.

No news of extensions has been announced by the IRS yet.
