Stimulus Checks

The IRS, the department that is exclusively responsible for the allocation of the stimulus checks, gave an update on the matter. It was stated that the checks will be distributed to a number of recipients of social security. It will also be distributed to those citizens of America having a very low income.

The statement was given out this weekend. The agency also stated that a major portion of the payments will be given out through electricity. The IRS also gave a precise date on which the stimulus checks were to arrive. It is to reach the households on the 7th of April that fall on Wednesday.

Stimulus Checks Delivery Accelerated

The announcement from the IRS came after the action taken by the Democratic politicians of the House. It was done so last week. The action of the Democrats followed after there was a delay in the distribution of the third round of the stimulus checks.

The receivers of the payment include those citizens who do not have to make the filing of any tax returns. It also includes the beneficiaries of social security and a few that were under Veteran Affairs.

A total of four Democrats went on to write a letter to some official with regard to the stimulus checks. The official includes Charles Rettigieg, the commissioner of IRS, Andrew Saul, the administration commissioner of social security, and the House Ways and Means Committee Chairman. The content of the letter basically carried out the request for the urgency of accelerating the distribution of the payments. The lawmakers put a blame on Andrew Saul for the delay stating that the taxpayers were compelled to go through unwanted pain and anxiety due to the commissioner.
