The 27-year-old former contestant on The Bachelor believes that in part because she and her spouse Grant Troutt could not cohabitate before their marriage in October, being newlywed requires a new way of thinking. 

Madison Prewett Troutt said in one of her recent interviews that she does not have brothers and thus, is only recently discovering this masculine mindset. Adding on to it she said, that knowing more about how both genders think, function, and have such varied expectations is super fun.  

The erstwhile reality television star, Madison Prewett Troutt quickly realized she was required to modify her “expectations” on how the two interacted following their gorgeous Dallas wedding.

She opened up about not having been very understanding in the initial month of their marriage and that both of them are gradually learning to communicate better in a healthy manner. She believes that marriage is a journey and that they will eventually learn how to be better at it.

Madison Prewett Troutt claims that over seven months after being married, the trip has been educational. They have just developed and learned a lot, she remarked and her husband is unquestionably her best buddy. She further added that they have role models and mentors who they continually seek advice from, as well as their prayers and words of encouragement. 

Madison Prewett Troutt remarked at the time, that a lifetime of being together is what they were especially looking forward to as they continue to learn, grow and develop together in their marriage.

Madison Prewett Troutt remarked at the time, that they are most eager to fulfill God’s plan for their lives as a couple. They are eager to integrate with the neighborhood and church in their new home as well. The newlyweds expressed excitement about what was ahead for them after the ceremony.
