Sophie Turner Roots For Pride Month: Comes Out In Celebration Post

Sophie Turner has fuelled speculation that she is bisexual. Though happily married for two years to Joe Jonas, she has admitted as much in a social media post on Wednesday celebrating Pride.

Turner has a daughter Willa, 11 with singer Jonas, 31 hinted at her sexuality when she said that she isn’t ‘straight’.

In her Instagram post, she went along in the same vein and added stickers that included a heart in the colors of the pride flag and had the words ‘Bi Pride’ alongside.

Other stickers also had the LGBTQ+ flag and the words ‘Move, I’m gay, and ‘gay pride’.

A flock Of Support For Sophie Turner

Fans flocked to Twitter and expressed their support and love. Some spoke of their joy and pride. While some spoke in an ‘I already knew’ vein, others spoke of a win for gay women.

Others expressed mock disappointment at not having known beforehand. Others commended her for the importance she has given to her sexual orientation and for the courage she has shown in coming out with her sexuality.

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have been dating since 2016 and married two years back. Both became first-time parents after Willa was born in July last year.

They went official with their affair in January 2017 after Turner shared a picture of Joe in Miami. She has expressed her love for Joe in various interviews.

Sophie Turner: The Soul, Not The Gender Matters

In previous interviews, she had hinted but never had been open about her sexuality. The couple has been private about their relationship and announced Sophie’s pregnancy only after the arrival of Willa.

Turner is set to star in a star-studded crime drama The Staircase that has Colin Firth and Juliette Binoche. She is set to play one of Michael Peterson’s adopted children. The novelist was convicted for murdering his wife Kathleen in 2001.
