In the new Apple TV+ series The Crowded Room, Tom Holland will have to go through a period of past reckonings.

The first image of the show that was released by the service on Monday features the 26-year-old Spiderman star as a troubled man who was arrested after a New York City shooting in 1979. Interestingly, Holland is also one of the executive producers of the show- which was the brainchild of Oscar-winning writer and executive producer Akiva Goldsman. The show also stars Amanda Seyfried and Emmy Rossum. The story of The Crowded Room begins from Seyfried’s perspective- as her character Rya Goodwin, an interrogator, is tasked with interviewing Holland’s character Danny Sullivan.

Tom Holland Will Star In An Apple TV+ Production

Apple TV+ has already released four images of the series, in which a couple of them feature the character of Tom Holland answering the questions put forth by Seyfried across a long table. The other images released by the streaming platform show Candy, Emmy Rossum’s character, driving a convertible alongside a young boy. The streamer also mentioned in a press release that with the unfolding of Danny’s life story, his mysterious past would also be unveiled- which would ultimately lead to a life-altering revelation.

The first three episodes of the Tom Holland-led Apple TV+ series will premiere on the 9th of June, and will also star Will Chase, Sasha Lane, Lior Raz, and several guest stars like Jason Isaacs, Thomas Sadoski, Zachary Golinger, and Christopher Abbott.
