Bethenny Frankel, a former member of the cast of “Real Housewives of New York City,” is speaking out against social media posts that are “deceptive.”
The 51-year-old mother of one created an Instagram slideshow with three distinct shots of herself wearing a blue bikini to demonstrate the negative effects of photo editing software.
Her breasts appeared larger and perkier at first, but her waist and head shrank, and her breasts appeared smaller. The third image was a side-by-side comparison of the two, while the second was an unedited snapshot.
She emphasized that “filtering is lying” and “deceptive,” which makes girls “insecure and infatuated with an impossible perfection” and makes them “feel horrible about themselves.”
Bethenny Frankel Shows Off Her No Filter Look:
Frankel continued, “It makes mothers and women in their middle age feel self-conscious. As a result, men are given a false ideal. Bethenny Frankel’s 51-year-old uncensored bikini photo caption reads, “I barely exercise.”
According to the creator of “Skinny Girl,” editing is “destructive, irresponsible, insecure, and inaccurate.” She urged her audience to remember that “there is a distinction between making an attempt to seem nice and an open deception” as she ended her motivational message. This wasn’t the first time Frankel had advocated not using filters in her daily life.
The reality star told fans that “balance” is the secret to body acceptance in a picture from June where she was seen relaxing by the pool in a little bikini.
With the snaps, Bethenny Frankel wrote that she does not exercise much and hates to drink water. She also said through her caption that she eats whatever she wants and never binge-watch. However, she confirmed that she runs a lot to stay fit.
