Natalie Barber, Dylan Marlowe’s long-term girlfriend, and he were married today in Nashville. He surprised Natalie by releasing “You Were Right (Nat’s Song),” a song that is devoted to her.”

Dylan stated, “I composed the piece about my partner at the time, who I am now getting married to. It’s amusing since the song mentions sacrificing my Jon boat for a ring, but fortunately, I didn’t have to do that! Haha (with thanks to Jon Pardi). This song has me really happy because I’m surprising Nat with its release on our wedding day (today). It will be a pleasant surprise for her because she likes this song and I believe she believes I won’t ever release it.

Dylan Marlowe Is Living His Fairytale

It feels fantastic to release a song that accurately reflects my present situation in life. I hope y’all love it!”Recent Dylan releases include “Grew Up Country” and “Empty Shotgun (Mr. Mechanic).” His song “Record High,” which Outsider magazine hailed as “arguably his best work yet,” made waves earlier this year.

The publication said that “very few country singers have witnessed their musical career stock soar as swiftly as Marlowe’s has in the past few years.” The song was also acclaimed by MusicRow, who described it as “Moody and melancholy. Dobro, muted percussion, and chiming electronics swell the soundscape.

His delivery bleeds authenticity and a broken heart. Very good work. He also shared the cover image on social media to announce the release. “You Were Right is now available! Thursday night, a little surprise drop for you all! Nat, I love you,” he wrote.
