Freida Pinto is going to play Huma Abedin in her best-seller memoir. The actress will be playing Huma Abedin, a famous political aid to Hillary Clinton, in the woman’s best-selling memoir’s TV adaptation.

Freida Pinto, the star from Slumdog Millionaire will be playing one of the longtime advisors of Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin, in an untitled project. The project is based on Abedin’s memoir about her career. Even though glimpses of plot details weren’t out yet, Freida is pretty confident about the role. The story revolves around Huma’s days as an intern in the office of Clinton when she was the first lady back in 1996 and became the vice chair during her historical political campaign against Trump in the presidential elections of 2016.

Abedin’s personal life has a lot to make a show considering the ex-husband, infamous Anthony Weiner, and his sexting scandal. Even though politically adjacent, Huma Abedin has always been very private about her personal life. However, she has recently made it to the headlines again as her relationship with famous movie star Bradley Cooper unfolded in front of our eyes.

In her recent interview with Deadline, Abedin shared how she was convinced watching Freda Pinto (producing partner) and Emily Verellen and how much they believed in the story and are trying to portray it before the eyes of the world.

Freida Pinto has also shared how she thought she had known Huma but became stunned after reading her memoir. She said she was awestruck by the generosity, warmth, values, faith, and intelligence of the person Huma.
