Kelsea Ballerini Believed To Have Been FaceTiming Boyfriend During Hunt’s Set

Apparently, Kelsea Ballerini really did not want Chase Stokes, her boyfriend, to miss out on the performance of Sam Hunt. As such, she may have been on a FaceTime call with him during the performance at the CMA Fest.

Kelsea Ballerini’s Thoughtful Call

Fans believe that country star Chase Stokes was calling Kelsea Ballerini, his beau, during the time Hunt sang at Noshville’s Spotify House on June 8th. A Twitter video depicting the moment led to the belief spreading among the stars’ faithful. The clip shows 29-year-old Ballerini engaged in conversation with 30-year-old Stokes. She then rotates her phone to face 38-year-old Hunt. The star of Outer Banks can be seen looking at the crowd through the screen.

Earlier during the night, one of Ole Red’s performances was by Kelsea Ballerini herself. Ole Red had the weekend special appearance of being Spotify House. She featured in a surprise set that was considerably short. She performed huts like the “Penthouse” and “Blindsided” which featured in the latest EP of the performer. “If You Go Down” was also performed which was a track from Subject to Change, Ballerini’s 2022 album.

In May, Kelsea Ballerini made Chase Stokes get on stage alongside her while indulging in a few tequila shots. Afterward, Kenny Chesney along with Ballerini finished the tour’s second last performance in a city in South Carolina’s Charleston with a duet performance of “You and Tequila”.

Ballerini took advantage of the impromptu gathering to crack a joke regarding Stokes that referred to a dialogue from his popular Netflix series’ latest season. Then the three of them posed for a few photographs together while holding up the tequila shots aloft and with their backs turned to the audience in the stadium.
