Even though a crossover between the last of us and star wars is currently not on the cards, Pedro Pascal thinks Grogu and Ellie could’ve been best friends. Pedro Pascal is hopeful of the possibilities that this TV universes can overlap some day. Pascal has starred in The Mandalorian, and in TLOU as well. So, he thinks Ellie, the counterpart of him in the series TLOU can become a great friend of Grogu from the Mandalorian.
The actor in his recent interview with Entertainment Weekly said that he thinks that Bella Ramsey’s character will get along perfectly fine with the baby yoda character. He said they can walk of in the sunset, and can become best friends.
Baby Yoda or Grogu first got his claim to fame a few years back as he became the cutest creation in the game. Even though Ellie has grown up in a post apocalyptic USA and is a strong and rougher character, they might gel together being alive in some tough times.

Apparently the character Bella plays is immune to the outbreak caused the apocalypse and got majority of the country infected. So as she has found a way to beat the virus, she can be the hope to the world.
Mostly Joel, the character played by Pedro Pascal is the main protagonist in the series, saving the little girl from the problems, Ellie did show up in one moment of heroics in the 4th episode of the series to save the life of Joel Mando. This is yet another thing Grogu and Ellie has in common. Both of them stands their ground in the face of adversities.
