The winner of EGOT said on Instagram that they had a lovely day celebrating their win with friends and family. Although Jennifer Hudson is an EGOT winner, D.D. Otunga Jr. has also just received a cause for celebration.

The TV anchor, 41, praised her son, 13, in a few poignant Instagram messages after sharing many photographs of him during his graduation from middle school on Saturday. “It’s official, y’all. Now that my little one is in high school,” Jennifer Hudson wrote. Adding that they shared the wonderful day with friends and family. She further shoutout to the entire team of DOJ!

Jennifer Hudson Expresses Being Super Proud And Excited For Her Daughter Who Graduated To High School

Tamar Braxton, Viola Davis, along with Jacob Latimore were among the pals of Hudson who gave Otunga some props in the comments area. Images from Hudson’s first post show her adjusting her child’s hat and dress as she appears determined to give him the best chance of success. She captioned the image that said her baby had graduated while expressing how excited she felt as a mother. In her next post, Jennifer Hudson shared several adorable pictures from the celebrations of the graduation, including a couple of David Daniel grinning for the shot and a couple of her own.

Otunga stood with some other relatives as they supported him, and Jennifer Hudson tried as well on the graduation gown. Hudson also included a video of a jet flying across the skies with a banner that congratulated DOJ! as well as the whole batch of 2023. David Otunga, a professional wrestler, and Hudson’s ex-fiance, from whom she divorced in 2017 November after ten years of dating, are parents to Jennifer Hudson’s kid.

Except for videos showcasing her son’s remarkable dance talents, the alum of American Idol has not posted a lot about her kid on the media throughout the years, but she ensured to switch to her version of a proud mamma when her child needed her.
