The coming of summer! The hit television show The Summer I Turned Pretty 2nd season will air with 3 episode release on 14 July, according to a Friday announcement from Prime Video on Amazon. Following the first debut, fresh episodes will be shown every week until the 18 Aug. finale. A dramatic summertime comeback to Cousins Beach is the next issue.
Jenny Han‘s second book is followed by It’s Not Summer Without You(2nd book of the trilogy). The primary protagonist Isabel Conklin (played by Lola Tung), who typically spends the summers with both of her brothers, Jeremiah Fisher and Conrad, was forced to make a difficult choice at the end of season 1.
The sons’ mom Susannah (played by Rachel Blanchard), who had been in recovery from cancer for several years, was also discovered to have fallen ill once more in the final episode. Susannah’s tale may or may not be resolved, but Blanchard will return in season 2 to play the same part.
